Goal 1: Provide Safe Housing & Support Services

Objective 1.1

Provide immediate access to safe, stable transitional housing for 6-months as the foundation for participants recovery.

Objective 1.2 - Deliver support Services for Long-Term Recovery

Action Step 1

Provide individual and group counseling sessions that address the emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of participants.

 

Action Step 2

Facilitate peer recovery groups to create a supportive community where participants can share experiences and encourage one another.

 

Action Step 3

Through the Fatherhood Initiative, offer workshops and support groups to strengthen family relationships and equip men to be positive role models within their families.
 
Objective 2.1 - Personal Growth & Community Engagement

 

Action Step 1

Facilitate opportunities for participants to share their recovery stores, mentor others, and reduce stigma around addiction and homelessness.

Action Step 2

Encourage participants to engage in community service projects to build a sense of purpose and give back.

Action Step 3

Organize leadership development workshop that helps participants gain confidence and skills to support personal growth and community involvement.
Objective 2.2 - Long-term Reintegration & Personal Responsibility

Action Step 1

Establish follow-up programs, including peer mentoring and group check-ins, to track participants' progress.
 

Action Step 2

Partner with local businesses and nonprofits to provide resources for job placement, community support, and long-term stability. 

Action Step 3

Promote self-sufficiency by helping participants develop life skills that support financial independence and active community engagement.
